Responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of comprehensive counseling services and prevention education programs designed to increase student retention and success. Will serve as the College’s Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner ( LIMHP ) for on-call crisis counseling and assessment of student needs in crisis situations, and will provide consultation to college personnel as needed. Will develop and implement prevention education programs related to substance abuse, Title IX, mental health resources, and other areas pertinent to student well-being/success. Successful candidate will have primary office located on the Columbus, NE campus. This position will travel to other locations as necessary.
