About the Role South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program in Hastings. Our ACT program provides holistic care to adults managing mental health or co-occurring disorders as part of a mobile, interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This role involves conducting client-centered assessments, evaluating physical health needs, and referring clients to appropriate community healthcare providers. Additionally, the nurse will coordinate psychiatric and medical treatments, and assist with medication administration in line with psychiatrist’s orders. Our outpatient services offer comprehensive Mental Health and Substance Use support for adults, youth, and adolescents. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will conduct assessments, provide individual and family therapy, and facilitate group therapy sessions. In this role, you will be an integral part of a collaborative treatment team, working alongside providers such as probation officers, drug court officials, DHHS, and other agencies involved in client care.
