Since 2012, Paradigm, Inc. has served families and children in Southeastern and Eastern Nebraska. We provide intensive family preservation, family support, in-home family therapy services, and MST Therapy through contracts with Children and Family Services, St. Francis Ministries, and the Nebraska Juvenile Courts.

We are looking for an individual to join our team of dedicated staff and provide quality supervision of staff. Do you have the skills, talents, and experience to join us? Under the agency’s policies and professional requirements, the Clinical Supervisor/Therapist will perform a variety of duties/tasks to coordinate and implement clinical services. The Clinical Supervisor/Therapist will provide services primarily in family homes and/or from their own home-based office setting that Paradigm will assist in establishing. The IFP Therapist provides structured, goal-oriented, time-limited therapy in the natural environment of families who need assistance recovering from physical, sexual, emotional abuse, and neglect. Other issues, including trauma, substance abuse, mental illness, personality/behavior disorder, developmental disability, dysfunctional family of origin, and current family dysfunction, may be addressed in the course of treating the abuse/neglect.
