Heartland Counseling Services, Inc. is a 501 c 3 non profit. We serve Boyd, Brown, Burt, Cherry, Dakota, Dixon, Holt, Keya Paha, Rock, Thurston, and Wayne counties. We have offices in Ainsworth, South Sioux City, O'Neill, Valentine, and Wayne.
We provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse services to those in need. We follow several sets of standards that include Nebraska of Behavioral Health, Nebraska Medicaid, Nebraska Supreme Court, and CARF.
We offer crisis response, community support services, peer support services, day rehabilitation, substance abuse prevention, and more.
