Liberty Centre Services (LCS) is an international, dually accredited organization. Liberty Centre has been a part of the Norfolk community for over 30 years, serving individuals age 19 and older recovering from mental illness. This organization is more than a rehabilitation program. Recovery is a reality not a distant dream. In an environment filled with hope, each individual's strengths are identified and built upon.
