Wayne State Counseling Center

Life at college offers opportunities to grow and change, but this process is not without challenges. Confidential counseling services are available, free of charge, to all Wayne State College students. Personal counseling may emphasize such areas as personal growth, values clarification, dealing with homesickness, stress management, human sexuality, and interpersonal relations. Other specific problems include alcohol and drug abuse, eating disorders, and a variety of possible crisis situations, such as rape, relationship breakups, or threat of suicide.  Our trained staff consists of a licensed counselor, social worker and a psychologist. The WSC Counseling Center is accredited by the International Association of Counseling Services (IACS)
