Faith Regional Health Services

aith Regional’s Behavioral Health inpatient program provides adult patients (age 19 and older) with acute psychiatric illnesses a safe and structured environment that offers compassion and hope. Our multi-disciplinary treatment team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, techs, therapists and social workers who work with each patient to formulate an individualized treatment plan. 

Interventions are designed to provide patients with practical tools to manage their symptoms, improve their coping abilities, and help improve problem-solving skills. Multi-discipline groups include: goals/community group, nutrition, relapse prevention, psychotherapy, social skills training, medication/health group, recreation and individual therapy. In order to reduce the need for future hospitalization, our multi-disciplinary team works toward identifying and coordinating community resource support and aftercare services to assist each patient in meeting their goals.

Some acute psychiatric illnesses treated are:

  • Suicidal Feelings/Thoughts, Depression
  • Anxiety/Panic Attacks
  • Schizophrenia
  • Phobias
  • PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
  • Bipolar/Manic Depressive Disorder
  • Extreme Anger and/or Dangerous Behavior

Faith Regional Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit treats both voluntary and involuntary patients. We accept most commercial insurance, as well as Medicaid and Medicare.

Faith Regional Physician Services Psychiatry also offers Outpatient Psychiatric Care for adults and adolescents including medication management and therapy.
