Four Corners Health Department

Four Corners Health Department was developed in February 2003 and serves four counties:  Butler, Polk, Seward, and York Counties.  Four Corners mission statement is to “promote health, prevent disease and protect the environment, improving the health of the Four Corners community.”  The department has grown to include health surveillance, public health nursing services, medication assistance, emergency preparedness planning, pandemic preparedness, car seat fitting stations, bicycle safety, cancer control coalition, and many other health promotion, prevention, safety, and preparedness activities.
