JOB PURPOSE:   This position is responsible for the provision of chemical dependency treatment to men and women in the Siena Francis Miracles Treatment Program.  This position serves under the direction of the Program Manager and includes conducting client assessment, individual and group therapy sessions, lectures, clinical reviews, treatment planning and treatment team staffing.   ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Knowledge of addiction and provides individual and group counseling to men and women in the Miracles Treatment Program. Utilize a strength based and trauma-informed approach to work collaboratively with clients and other treatment team members to help support clients in their treatment and recovery. Provide family counseling, as appropriate. Monitor client’s access and involvement with treatment and other programming to help address barriers to treatment and recovery.
