Position Overview

South Central Behavioral Services is seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist for our Kearney office. We provide comprehensive Mental Health, Substance Use, and co-occurring services for adults, youth, and adolescents. In this role, you will conduct mental health and substance use assessments, provide individual and family therapy, and facilitate group therapy sessions. As a vital member of our treatment team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including probation, drug court, DHHS, and other agencies involved in client care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 with additional bonuses based on productivity and performance. We also offer a $5,000 hiring bonus after six months of employment. Our Student Loan Repayment program is available to support your financial goals. Required licensure includes PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP, and additional substance use certification is preferred, given our focus on co-occurring services. We provide internal clinical supervision for licensure.
