Position Overview
South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker for our Rehabilitation Program in Kearney. This role is essential for helping individuals with mental illness achieve independent living and assisting those with substance use disorders in reaching their recovery goals. Community Support Workers engage with clients in their homes and the community, guiding them to develop and meet their personalized treatment objectives while facilitating access to valuable community resources.

Responsibilities include participating in treatment team meetings to address clients' ongoing needs and maintaining accurate daily documentation in our electronic health record system.

Salary and Benefits
The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $38,000 to $42,000, with bonuses based on productivity and performance. Starting wages are contingent on education and experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in human services is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
