This individual would serve as a therapist for a 16-bed psychiatric residential program. Tasks would include working with a multidisciplinary team, creating treatment plans, conducting individual sessions, leading groups, completing paperwork, and assisting with the unit's therapeutic milieu.

Applicants should expect to be actively involved in client treatment and treatment planning. Be able to advocate for client needs and give guidance to nonclinical staff.
Experience is preferred; however, we will work with individuals wanting to learn about serving a vastly underserved population.
Integrated Behavioral Health Services provides Outpatient Therapy, Community Support, Day Rehabilitation, Psychiatric Residential Rehabilitation, and Secure Psychiatric Residential Rehabilitation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
Licensed in the State of Nebraska to work as a PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP.
Prefer incumbents to have at least 2 years of psychiatric experience.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
Illustrate proficiency in computer skills, especially using Word, Excel, and customized databases.
Work in and adapt to the culture of a multicultural, community-based organization.
Understand the Agency’s mission and culture and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with staff and clients in all circumstances.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks.
Ability to lift supplies up to 25 lbs. to waist height.
