The Position
South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is seeking a full-time Transportation Specialist for our Day Program at Opportunity House in Hastings. A CDL is not required for this position. The Transportation Specialist will provide transportation for consumers to program activities and appointments, and assist Rehab staff with monthly vehicle inspections, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Qualifications:
· Clean driving record
· Ability to engage positively with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses
· Experience in the human services field or relevant lived experience is preferred
Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary range for this position is $38,000-$40,000 which includes performance-based bonuses. Starting wages are contingent upon education and experience. SCBS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid health, dental, and life insurance, as well as paid time off.
