What You’ll Have!
· Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. Extensive experience (3 or more years) in related human services field may be substituted for degree.
· Demonstrated knowledge of the behavioral health system.
· These areas will soar you to the top of our list: two years of experience working with adults with substance use disorders, a serious mental illness, and/or who are homeless or near homeless; two years of experience in a behavioral health direct service position; and/or completed training in Housing Quality Standard Inspections.
· Ability to work remotely as described in “Work Environment” section of job description.
· Possess technology skill set to independently work in a remote environment, including ability for proficiency with collaboration tools like video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, comfort level with use of electronic health or shared documentation and network drives).
· Strong communication skills, effective meeting facilitation, and prioritizing multiple tasks.
· Ability to coordinate with external agencies that are also working with your consumers.
· Sound judgment in handling confidential information.
· Ability to assess effectiveness of services and resources.
· Ability to engage with diverse cultures, socioeconomic, and developmental levels.
· Personal, reliable transportation.
· Satisfactory background investigation is required.
