About the Position
South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full-time Office Assistant to join our team. This is a split position, with responsibilities shared between our Hastings Outpatient office and our Day Rehab program, also in Hastings.  SCBS provides mental health and substance use services for adults, youth, and adolescents. In this role, you will manage and update databases, coordinate therapists' and other staff’s schedules, complete audits, and maintain records in both agency and state electronic systems. Additional responsibilities include general office support.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (set schedule of rotating between sites)

Qualifications:

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in an office environment is a plus

Compensation:

  • Annual salary: $33,000 - $39,000
  • Bonus opportunities based on productivity and performance
