Job Description

The Position

South Central Behavioral Services is currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program located in Hastings.  Our ACT program provides Mental Health therapy and/or drug and alcohol counseling to adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders as part of a mobile and interdisciplinary clinical team.  As a Mental Health Therapist, you would complete assessments, advocate for our clients, assist in providing skills for independent living and support those individuals to set goals and continue skill building.  Being an active member of the treatment team, you would be in communication and collaboration with physical health providers as well as pharmacy providers.  The annual pay range for this position is $45,000-$55,000, which includes bonuses on productivity and performance.  With additional pay for on-call, there is also a $1500 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment.  Student Loan repayment program is also available.  PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP licensure is required, as well as experience with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders.  As an agency that provides co-occurring services, additional substance use certifications will be beneficial.  Our agency offers an excellent benefit package including Health, Dental and Life Insurance along with paid training opportunities and licensure.  If interested in this position, please apply using the link provided.  For additional information, please call 402-462-4200.  EOE
