Responsibilities for this position include preparation, processing and service of meals and snacks for regular and special diets, for all three meals (depending on schedule). Must have basic knowledge of cooking principles to follow menus, recipes and set up procedures. Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
One year of coursework/training in food preparation and/or cooking and baking experience in a large scale food service operation. Must be 19 years of age.
