$500 New Hire Bonus is for all applicants who apply between 10/1/2020 and 1/31/2021, and ARE hired. Bonus is paid out in 2 installments: $200 at 3 months of employment and all training complete and $300 at 6 months of employment.

The PC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSN’s mission, principles and goals. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisor’s and Direct Support Professional’s. PC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.

What do I need in order to be qualified?
At minimum, one-year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 19 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. The employee must pass background checks favorably, and have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends. Salary offered will be commensurate with education and experience.
Desired qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in a related field and two-years’ experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services including supervising the work of others; QMRP, LMHP, and experience in developing behavior building programs is highly regarded
