Job Description

Hope Healthcare is seeking to hire a therapist to join their multidisciplinary team that specializes in the outpatient care of clients with eating disorders. Hope Healthcare's team currently includes a family nurse practitioner, registered dietitian, and therapist.

At Hope Healthcare we strive to provide the highest quality of individualized, compassionate care for our clients. Clientele includes people of all ages, both men and women, struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge-Eating Disorder, ARFID, and other food related issues.   

At Hope Healthcare we work closely and collaborate as a team but also with professionals at other outpatient and inpatient agencies, so therapist must be able to collaborate/coordinate care effectively. This position will start as part-time with the opportunity to move to full-time in the future. Therapist is responsible for maintaining CEU’s required for licensure and continued education related to eating disorders. Therapist is responsible for treatment planning, conducting individual and family sessions, maintaining documentation including progress notes and treatment plans, attending team meetings, and coordinating care. Mostly importantly, the ideal candidate must have compassion for those struggling with eating disorders and a strong desire to work with this population

Job Requirements

Requirements for the position include:

- LIMHP/LISCW or an LMHP/LCSW in good standing in the state of Nebraska

- experience working with eating disorders

- willingness to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaboration with other professionals

- experience working with both individuals and families, and experience working with both adolescents and adults.

Other Salary Information
