Residential Mental Health Specialist
Omni Inventive Care is looking for a Residential Mental Health Specialist (RMHS) to work in their Treatment Group Home located in Seward, NE. Omni is seeking those interested in full-time positions. Must have weekend and/or weekday evening or overnight availability
Hourly rate starts at $12.50/hr and increases with education and experience.

The position provides comprehensive treatment services to conduct/behaviorally disordered and or developmentally delayed children in a group home setting. The RMHS will utilize data collection, behavior shaping, and tracking technologies, as well as individual and group counseling. The RMHS will model acceptable adult role behaviors and carry out every day household expectations as well as implement behavior modification methodologies of behavior change.
Requirements:
*Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's in a Human Services field preferred.
*Minimum of 2 years experience working with children.
*Must be 21 years of age.
*Flexible schedule preferred. EVENING AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.
*Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
*Must have a valid driver's license.
*Must successfully pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
