Job Description

Lincoln Behavioral Health Clinic is an outpatient, mental and behavioral health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive, and confidential care for individuals and families. We have been providing services to our community for nearly 32 years and take pride in our professional standard of care. We're looking for an experienced Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner to add to our lively, diverse private practice. The LMHP/LIMHP will perform psychotherapy and have the opportunity to implement therapy groups, as well as the option to partially work remotely throughout the COVID 19 crisis.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Offer assistance to individuals with mental/behavioral and/or substance abuse issues
  • Provide psychotherapy and/or psychological evaluations.
  • Implement and review evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Familiarity working with EMR/EHR systems and ICD10 coding
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Effective interpersonal skills

About Lincoln Behavioral Health Clinic

Lincoln Behavioral Health Clinic is a 31 year old psychotherapy/substance abuse clinic for children to geriatric populations. The clinicians work on a contractual basis. As a contractor, you will have access to a billing manager, office manager, business cards, stationary, your own furnished office etc. I would very much enjoy talking with you to discuss your needs and expectations. This position is open to a Psychologist, LMHP, LIMHP, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/APRN. Mental Health Professionals with an LADC license are preferred.
