Job Description

Stepping Stones, a behavioral health program of Lincoln Medical Education Partnership, is growing and seeking one full-time or two part-time mental health therapists to join our team.  The majority of our behavioral health referrals come directly from our sister program, Lincoln Family Medicine Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in an integrated medical/behavioral health environment and participate in coordination of care with our physicians/residents in a full-scale medical clinic.  


Licensed in the State of Nebraska as a: Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP), Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP).

Job Requirements

We are looking either for one full-time or two part-time therapists.  Duties include provision of outpatient therapy for mental health and/or co-occurring issues for children and adults (ages 6 and older), and conducting pretreatment assessment/initial diagnostic interviews. Although outpatient therapy will be your primary duty, you will also be part of a monthly rotation schedule to assist the medical clinic with patients who are on site and in need of mental health services/referrals.
