SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position provides direct supervision or program oversight in the following Support Services Programs: Street Outreach, PCHL PATH. The Street Outreach program provides outreach and case management services to individuals in Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie County who are experiencing street homelessness. The PATH program provides Case Management Services to individuals residing in Pottawattamie, Harrison or Mills Counties the Council Bluffs metropolitan area who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless, and who have a serious mental illness or a co-occurring disorder. All services in the programs are aimed at helping individuals develop a plan to obtain permanent housing as quickly as possible.
Supervisory responsibilities and major agency wide support functions begin at this level. Decision making, problem solving, & ongoing task prioritization are critical. Training in supervision & management is required.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
