SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Clinical Supervisors are experienced clinicians with the capacity to promote the professional development and practice of agency therapists. Professionals at this level are very experienced and well known in the community. Training in supervision and management are encouraged. This Clinical Supervisor will maintain 20% of their time with a client caseload and 80% of their time designated for supervision. This Clinical Supervisor supports and helps supervisor therapists through Iowa Behavioral Health at the Broadway-Gendler office as well as the Mental Health Court therapists. This Clinical Supervisor also works in collaboration with other clinical supervisors to supervise CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) coordinators and the peer support specialists’ team.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours to be discussed.
Compensation: $54,300 to $76,000 (based on experience)
