SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Clinical Supervisors are experienced clinicians with the capacity to promote the professional development and practice of agency therapists. Professionals at this level are very experienced and well known in the community. Training in supervision and management are encouraged. This Clinical Supervisor role will maintain 25% of their time with a client caseload and 75% of their time designated for supervision. This Clinical Supervisor role will supervise therapists through multiple programs including Iowa Behavioral Health at the Broadway-Gendler Office, Iowa Family Works, and the Child and Family Center. This position will also supervise the Gambling program.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours to be discussed.
Compensation: $54,300 to $76,000 (based on experience)
