South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Hastings Administration office. The ideal candidate would be responsible for coordinating and managing the HUD housing program, along with additional administrative tasks as assigned. Assistance on the Information Technology team would also be a part of this position, as well as the agency billing processes for services rendered. Candidate would need to be a self-motivated individual, with great communication and time management skills. A successful candidate would need to be able to work independently, be detail oriented and be able to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree will be considered, but a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. The pay range for this position will be contingent upon education and experience, with additional bonuses available based on productivity and performance.
