Job Description
Omni Inventive Care is seeking a full-time Foster Care Therapist.
The Foster Care Therapist will be a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, diagnostic screening, clinical evaluation, and treatment of a client/family/foster family. This includes engaging in teaching parenting and behavior management skills, communication, coping skills, and problem solving practice. The Foster Care Therapist will work cohesively with the Foster Care Specialist in providing care for each client/family/foster family assigned.

*Minimum of a Master's Degree in a Related Human Service Field
*PLMHP required (LMHP or LIMHP preferred)

Research and Leadership
The leadership of Omni Inventive Care has been advancing the use of empirically-based treatment for all persons receiving care through any of our services. Research evidence suggests empirically-supported treatments and interventions need to be employed in the mental health care of youth and families. Omni also works with local, state, and national governments regarding behavioral health care, social policy considerations associated with community-based services, and issues related to the system of care.
