Starting pay rate $34.412- $45.562 /hour based on years of RN and LPN work experience. Additional Facility Differential Pay of $3.00/hour. Additional shift differentials up to $2.50 paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

We are looking for skilled, professional Registered Nurses for permanent full-time as well as temporary on-call positions. In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical care to adult patients with mental illness at Norfolk Regional Center (NRC).

Full-time positions available working a rotating schedule of 8 hours per shift on both 1st shift (7am - 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) working every 3rd weekend. Temporary on-call also available, required to work minimum of 16 hours per month.

Registered Nurses perform general nursing duties including:
• Assessment
• Documentation
• Patient interventions
• Case management
• Medical administration
• Review of doctors' orders
• Arranging for lab protocols
• May lead/direct the work of other nurses and/or paraprofessional staff
REQUIRED: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
OTHER: Consideration will be given to applicants who will receive a degree / license within 90 days of application date. Candidates must obtain licensure prior to employment. Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
