Starting pay rate: $34.412 - $45.562/hour based on years of RN and LPN work experience. Additional Facility Differential Pay of $3.00/hour. Additional shift differentials up to $2.50 paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

We are looking for skilled, professional Registered Nurses for permanent full-time as well as temporary on-call positions. In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical care to adult patients with mental illness at Lincoln Regional Center (LRC), a 24-hour psychiatric hospital.

Lincoln Regional Center
1st shift (7am - 3pm) 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm - 7am) full-time positions available. Temporary on-call positions available, must work a minimum of 32 hours per month.
Examples of Work
As a Registered Nurse you will:
• Deliver professional nursing care and treatments within the scope of licensure.
• Provide clinical direction and guidance to other nursing and direct care staff.
• Manage urgent situations which may require seclusion or restraint interventions and/or other management strategies.
REQUIREMENTS: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
OTHER: Must be at least 19 years of age and able to attend the three week new employee orientation during day hours. Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 60 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
