Job Description
Quality Healthcare Clinic (QHC) is actively seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide outpatient therapy services both in-person and via tele-behavioral (remote). This position is grant funded through Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska's (BHECN) ARPA funding.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Intake assessments
- Diagnose and treat patients of all ages for behavioral health using evidence-based therapy methods
- Provide individual, family and potentially group therapy/counseling sessions
- Maintain behavioral health records via the use of Electronic Medical Records system
- Follow standards of care for each client/patient
- Participate in continuing education programs as needed
- Remain current with behavioral health trends and information that influences treatment methods
- Maintains a high level of integrity
- Strong drive to succeed!
- Presents a high level of knowledge in mental health field
- Prior experience required (must be able to practice independently)
This position allows the practitioner to provide therapy remotely, although we are seeking an individual who can work on-site at a minimum of 1-2 days per week.
Full Time - 40 flexible hours per week - Option to provide remote therapy one evening per week (if the need should arise due to client schedules)
Bonuses!!!! This position qualifies for sign on bonuses, retention and production bonuses totaling $45K over the course of 3 years.

Job Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
Independent Nebraska License (LICSW or LIMHP) - If you are licensed in a state other than Nebraska, we have some funding set aside to help you obtain a Nebraska license as long as all requirements are met.
LADC license would be a bonus!
