Job Description
Unity Youth & Family Services is a growing clinic and we are looking to expand even further. We are looking to hire someone who fits into the strong, connected group that we have already developed. The position is for a full time therapist who can work more independently and enjoys the often sarcastic support provided by all the staff. Although our staff enjoys the benefits of working in a group setting, they also enjoy the freedom perks of a private practice without all the worry of owning a practice. Clinicians make their own schedule and select the clients they want to work with. Our HR Director takes care of all credentialling needs and also provides our onsite billing needs. If you are a provisionally licensed therapist, supervision is provided to all full time employees as you work toward full licensure.
Job Requirements
- Licensed professionals must at least be provisionally licensed in the mental health counseling field.
- Availability to manage no less than 20 clients scheduled per week.
- Attend group supervision every Wednesday night.
- Attend individual supervision (for provisional licensees only) 1x per week.

Unity Youth & Family Services is a small Omaha based clinic that provides services to young children, teens, adults, families, and couples. We are a diverse and multicultural clinic with a focus on serving the needs of our clients ranging from neurodivergent struggles to trauma and addictions. We use trauma informed therapy including IFS and EMDR, as well as holistic treatments to treat the body, mind, and emotions.
