The Employee/Student Advocate & Education Specialist manages the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Employee/Student advocacy and support program. Provides direct service, confidential crisis counseling, referrals, and advocacy to faculty, staff and students who seek support because of sexual, gender, and relationship violence. Assists in developing and facilitating sexual misconduct, trauma-informed and bystander training programs for faculty, staff, and students to foster and promote violence-free collegiate experience.
