Job Description

The Employee/Student Advocate & Education Specialist manages the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Employee/Student advocacy and support program. Provides direct service, confidential crisis counseling, referrals, and advocacy to faculty, staff and students who seek support because of sexual, gender, and relationship violence. Assists in developing and facilitating sexual misconduct, trauma-informed and bystander training programs for faculty, staff, and students to foster and promote violence-free collegiate experience.

Job Requirements

Required Education: Master's degree

Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Health Education, or related field.
Required Experience 3 years

Experience with trauma and interpersonal violence counseling or advocacy

Licensed Mental Health Practitioner-Certified Professional Counselor or Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHP-CPC/LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or School Counseling License
