A BIT ABOUT US
Founded in 1875, our agency has grown over the years to address most of the challenges children, adults, families, and communities face across the lifespan, including substance use, child abuse and neglect, domestic violence/sexual assault, human trafficking, homelessness, juvenile justice, mental health, neighborhood distress, and poverty. Today, we offer 42 programs from 20 locations in east central Nebraska and southwest Iowa. THE OPPORTUNITY
Unique opportunity to earn supplemental income by being on-call to cover groups within Heartland Family Services. Ability to work in a group setting with a diverse population of clients with co-occurring disorders utilizing evidenced based practices.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour for Bachelor’s level CADC/IADC/PLADC/LADC; $35.00 per hour for Provisionally Licensed (PLMHP); $45.00 per hour for Fully Licensed (LMHP)
Work Schedule: Part-Time Flexible Schedule (20 hours per week)
Locations: Council Bluffs, Logan, Glenwood
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You could be perfect for this opportunity if you’ve had at least two years previous related experience and have attained a bachelor’s level CADC/IADC/PLADC/LADC or have a master’s degree in Social Work or related field. Additionally preferred licensure includes: CADC, PLADC, LADC, PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP. We are looking for someone who can build strong rapport with diverse groups, and who is exceptionally reliable, organized, detailed-oriented, and takes a trauma informed approach to engaging with clients.
