What you’ll do!

The Fiscal Coordinator will work closely with the Region 3 Fiscal Team to process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as well as coordinate the payroll and benefits plans for approximately 34 employees.  This position is responsible for processing weekly payroll, filing payroll taxes and serving as the plan administrator for health insurance and other business insurance plans. 

 

What you’ll need!

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, accounting, business management, or other related field. Will also consider Associate’s degree or combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and prioritizing multiple tasks are some of the skills you need.
  • Satisfactory background check is required.

  • Annual Compensation Range at Hire:  $42,640 -- $44,500, commensurate with experience and other desired criteria. Eligible for compensation increase after 6-month satisfactory probationary period has been completed along with Annual raises.

Region 3 Behavioral Health Services, one of six Behavioral Health Regions in Nebraska, is responsible for the development and coordination of publicly funded behavioral health services within its 22-county service area encompassing central and south central Nebraska. Region 3 contracts with and manages a network of community-based behavioral health providers.
