The Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Program Supervisor must be a licensed mental health practitioner and will be responsible for overseeing and the implementation of the FCT Program and the quality of services provided to the families we serve. This role involves providing clinical supervision to FCT Practitioners, ensuring program fidelity and maintaining high standards of services delivery. Key responsibilities will include supervision of practitioners, adherence to FCT model and maintaining program fidelity, collaboration with the Program Director to develop program goals and strategies, monitor and report on program outcomes, clinical supervision and consultation, building and maintaining relationships with community partners. This position provides opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Time/Schedule Requirements:

  • This position is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work each week or more.
  • Due to the nature of the position, hours of work could include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Position will require being on-call in the evenings, on weekends, and holidays.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Minimum of a LMPH or PLMPH in Nebraska or license-eligible in Nebraska
    • Masters Degree in clinical counseling
  • Minimum of two years experience working with children and families
  • Strong understanding of FCT model and evidence-based practices preferred
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience preferred

  • Excellent writing skills and computer skills
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication
  • Able to meet deadlines consistently and highly organized
  • Teamwork
  • Demonstrates understanding and empathy for others
  • Pass a background check (Sexual Offenders Register, and the Department's Central Registers for Adult Protective Services and Child Abuse and Neglect, State Background Check)

  • Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care
