The Position South Central Behavioral Services is currently seeking a full-time Therapist in our Kearney and Hastings Outpatient offices.  Our Outpatient offices provide Mental Health and Substance Use services for Adults and Adolescents.  As an Outpatient Therapist, you would be responsible for completing Mental Health intakes, Substance Use evaluations, provide co-occurring individual and family therapy as well as facilitate group therapy.  Being an active member of the treatment team, you would be in collaboration with other providers such as probation, drug court, DHHS and other agencies involved in the client’s treatment needs.  The annual pay range for this position is $40,000-$60,000, with a $1500 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment.  Experienced LMHP and/or LADC licensure is preferred, but provisional licensure will be considered.  Our agency offers an excellent benefit package including Health, Dental and Life Insurance.  This position does require rotating...

The Position South Central Behavioral Services is currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program located in Hastings.  Our ACT program provides Mental Health therapy and/or drug and alcohol counseling to adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders as part of a mobile and interdisciplinary clinical team.  As a Mental Health Therapist, you would complete assessments, advocate for our clients, assist in providing skills for independent living and support those individuals to set goals and continue skill building.  Being an active member of the treatment team, you would be in communication and collaboration with physical health providers as well as pharmacy providers.  The annual pay for this position is $45,000-$60,000, with a $1500 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment.  Additional bonuses are also available based on productivity and performance.  Experienced Licensed Mental Health Practioner (LMHP) is...
