Job Description: The Assistant Residential Supervisor (ARS) will supervise the Human Service Techs/Medication Aides/Kitchen staff for the residential programs. The Position South Central Behavioral Services is currently seeking a full-time Therapist in our Kearney and Hastings Outpatient offices.  Our Outpatient offices provide Mental Health, Substance Use and co-occurring services for Adults, Youth and Adolescents.  As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for completing Mental Health and Substance Use assessments, providing individual and family therapy as well as facilitating group therapy.  As an active member of the treatment team, you will collaborate with other providers such as probation, drug court, DHHS and other agencies involved in the client’s treatment needs.  The annual pay range for this position is $45,000-$55,000, which includes bonuses on productivity and performance.  With additional pay for on-call, there is also a $1500 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment.  Student Loan repayment program is also available.  PLMHP, LMHP or LIMHP licensure is required.  As an agency that provides co-occurring...

Therapist works with high risk families. Flexible schedule, home office (travel to family homes), great benefits.
