Job Description: The Assistant Residential Supervisor (ARS) will supervise the Human Service Techs/Medication Aides/Kitchen staff for the residential programs. The Position South Central Behavioral Services currently has an opening for a Residential Direct Care Staff in our Hastings location.  Our Residential home, ABLE House provides rehabilitation services to adults with mental health conditions.  The Residential Direct Care staff would assist residents with daily routines and schedules, as well as assist the residents in setting goals and skill building.  You would be responsible for completing documentation in an electronic health record, as well as participate in team meetings to discuss the ongoing needs of the clients.  The starting salary range for this position is $33,000-$53,000, which includes bonuses based on productivity and performance.  This position is also offering a $500 hiring bonus after 6 months of successful employment.  Starting wage is contingent upon education and experience.  A Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field is preferred, but we will consider individuals with experience.  The ideal candidate...
