Residential Mental Health Specialist Omni Inventive Care is looking for a Residential Mental Health Specialist (RMHS) to work in their Treatment Group Home located in Seward, NE.  Omni is seeking those interested in full-time positions. Must have weekend and/or weekday evening or overnight availability Hourly rate starts at $12.50/hr and increases with education and experience. *FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE* The position provides comprehensive treatment services to conduct/behaviorally disordered and or developmentally delayed children in a group home setting. The RMHS will utilize data collection, behavior shaping, and tracking technologies, as well as individual and group counseling. The RMHS will model acceptable adult role behaviors and carry out every day household expectations as well as implement behavior modification methodologies of behavior change.

Omni Inventive Care  is a non-profit agency specializing in community services. We have an opening for an Extended Family Home (EFH) Specialist, working with individuals and families that are providing care to children and adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.  The EFH Specialist will work as a member of a treatment team who will develop and write behavior programs for the purpose of management of maladaptive behaviors. The EFH Specialist is responsible for building rapport with, supporting, and supervising the Extended Family Home.  Additional job duties include data collection and analysis, writing Functional Behavior Assessments, communication with schools, vocational day services, service coordination, mental health professionals, and other team members. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, utilize time management skills effectively, and good organization skills. Must be physically capable to assist clients.

Omni Inventive Care  is seeking persons to work in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include daily care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, medication administration, and implementing and documenting strength based behavioral intervention strategies. Vocational Support Specialists   are the  "Entrepreneurs of Omaha" . They provide services to individuals who have been diagnosed with a developmental or intellectual disability, mental illness, emotional and behavioral problems within the home and vocational setting. The Vocational Support Specialist will specifically run behavioral intervention strategies that are geared toward teaching prevocational, vocational, and habilitative skills. The Vocational Support Specialist will implement behavioral modification methods of behavior change; they will model acceptable adult role behaviors and carry out vocational and daily task expectations. The Vocational Support Specialist will teach (through role modeling, role play) social skills, independent living skills, vocational skills, and recreational skills, etc. The Vocational Support Specialist will review and utilize the individual’s safety plan, functional behavioral assessment, and behavioral programs.

Omni Inventive Care currently has a Bachelor's degree position available working with children and families in the Omaha area. This candidate will work closely with parents, foster parents, youth, and other professionals in their natural environments, which may include home, school and various community settings. Families referred may have severe mental health, histories of abuse & neglect, and/or youth with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances requiring stabilization and crisis response services. Services provide skill development/acquisition and identify or establish informal and formal supports.
