Omni Inventive Care is a non-profit agency specializing in community services. We have an opening for an Extended Family Home (EFH) Specialist, working with individuals and families that are providing care to children and adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. The EFH Specialist will work as a member of a treatment team who will develop and write behavior programs for the purpose of management of maladaptive behaviors. The EFH Specialist is responsible for building rapport with, supporting, and supervising the Extended Family Home. Additional job duties include data collection and analysis, writing Functional Behavior Assessments, communication with schools, vocational day services, service coordination, mental health professionals, and other team members. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, utilize time management skills effectively, and good organization skills. Must be physically capable to assist clients.
